13" Macbook Pro 2.7Ghz Intel Core i7
So my Macbook Pro seems to not want to display anything on the screen but the computer turns on and i am able to get access to it using screen share so its not the hard drive. i also have pressed the f1 and f2 keys and nothing happens:-/ any ideas? this mbp is a 2.4 intel core 2 duo with 4gb memory. please help!

@tulsi- Personally i could care less due to this is not relevant to my situation. But i am glad to see somebody else getting off the Pc bandwagon

@Tarek- Okay so i tried resetting the the Mac's PRAM and it didn't do anything to the screen. and i also tried to connect an external monitor to the laptop and it acted like it wasn't connected to the monitor. I dot know what is going on.

How are you connecting it to the external monitor? And what is your MacBook Pro's graphics card model? Is it a GeForce 8600M GT, perhaps?

i am using a dvi to vga connector from apple then a vga cable to the monitor. I tried to see what graphics card it was and it didn't show that it had one? :-/
