Macbook pro mid 2015 Green lines across the screen

My MacBook Pro 15in mid 2015 screen started displaying green lines across the entire retina display. During troubleshooting I've connected my MacBook to an external display and the lines are not displayed. Because of this I believe there is a fault with the built-in retina display or the connection. I've tried resetting the PRAM and SMC and still no change. In addition, I also performed a hardware test and it said that everything was working fine. However, the screen still shows the green lines. I don't know what else to do. Also my I don't have any warranty available.

It appears you either have a defective display or perhaps a loose video cable. Any drops or other accidental bumps to the machine? And... with the newer retina notebooks, buying the extended warranty from Apple is a must in my opinion. Probably a good idea to take it to your closest Apple store and let them run diagnostics. That's a free service at an Apple store.

It accidentally fell while I was driving... it slid of the seat and fell on the floor. However, that was like a year or so ago. I live in Trinidad and Tobago and I bought it online and unfortunately I don't know any apple stores in my country ?

No Apple Stores, then take it to an authorized Apple repair service there in Trinidad. If your MacBook Pro fell off the seat of your car while driving, it may have loosened the video cable and now it finally (probably due to internal heat) has loosened even more where the connector is not making good contact. Do you think that you can take apart your MacBook Pro and tighten the cable yourself (if that is indeed the problem)? If you think you can do the job yourself, check out the procedure at www.ifixit.com. Take a look at the take apart instructions and view of all the cables and connectors. You will also need some special tools which you may or may not be able to buy there in Trinidad.
