Kingston HyperX Savage SSD compatibility issue on Apple MacBook Pro 13 2010 Core 2 Duo 2.4 (MCP89).
Please help.

M1 Mac Studio, 11" iPad Pro 3rd Gen, iPhone 13 Pro Max, Watch Series 7, AirPods Pro
Such an older model MBP, only needs a SATA 1 or maybe SATA 2, there could be an incompatibility issue with the newer SSD drive. You can try a new SATA cable, to see if that helps with the issue.

I have a new cable . Doesn’t work.
