It now averages around 50-55C (122-131) with normal use and often goes down to 45C (113F) and I've removed SMCFanControl as per cwa107's advice, and so its running a low temperature with a fan speed of 2000rpm. Running the external display with the discreet graphics card (Nvidia) always on, really ramped up the temperature. Hopefully going to take it to Apple on Monday and find out what can be done!</blockquote>
