It took a whole hour of constantly looking through google images for the Mac to finally Kernel Panic, though unlike in Mavericks, the Mac just went black and froze and stayed like that until I eventually powered it off and turned it back on again. Strange. At least now I can 100% confirm its a hardware issue.I will open up the laptop once it has cooled down.Off to Mac I shall go!
