You might want to list the year specifically and also all the specs so people know what it is without having to look up the specifics from the serial number..

I think Raz0rEdge meant that you should specifically mention things like:

- GBs of Ram
- Hard Drive Size (GB), Speed (RPM), Type (SSD or HDD)

You can alternatively post screen shots of your 'about this mac' overview details.
