Macbook Modem?

Ok, im concerned, I ordered a white macbook online from Apple and they sent me one of those confirmation letters(ive been tracking the shipping as well), anyway the letter spelled out all the stats of the laptop, i had upgraded the ram, but below that it said no modem.....is it talking about an accessory or is there litteraly no modem for some reason, it comes with wireless and a RJ-45ethernet port for stock right?

Apple took the modems out of most of their models. They now sell a USB modem for about $25 I think.

The modem is for dialup. Yes there is an ethernet port

It's about $45. I wish they would have just left it in. Modems can be very handy if there's no broadband available. Granted, it's just a tiny USB dongle, but I have a hard time plunking down that kind of money for a modem. I've been hoping to pick one up used on eBay, but people keep bidding them up over retail.

I could be wrong on this, but I believe all Mac notebooks are equipped with wireless (Apple calls their cards "AirPort Express/Extreme").
