Since I've updated my Mac it wont recognise 2 external WD hard drives I have. There is nothing wrong with the hard drives as they are recognised by both my PC at work and my husbands Mac. Is there a setting on my computer that has changed???
I'm getting desperate as to what to do????

Gday and welcome to the forums.

When the drives are attached, one assumes USB?, do they appear in Disk Utility? When connected do they appear on the desktop?

Quite often folks have not selected the Finder Preference option to show external drives.

Is External Disks and Hard Disks ticked in Finders > Preferences > General?
