Mac Storage Advice needed!

Hi All. Does anyone have any advice on how I should best store all my data.
I have a Synology NAS and a WD Mybook live NAS. Currently just storing files on the Sinology and using it as a server, but is it to slow. Should I be using it as a cloud server and sync my files with it, as I also have a Macbook Pro I sometimes work on...

Any advice appreciated. Thanks

For your Synology NAS and apparent slowness, try checking their support site if you haven't done so already. At least it's a start for the problem:
