Hi, I really need some assistance with my display settings. I have the latest Mac Mini connected via Thunder Bolt to my Dell U2412M which is great. I also have a Samsung Smart TV UE32F4500 which I have in the room next door connected to the Mac Mini via HDMI (through the wall). The issue I have is that when I try and stream a movie via the Mac to the TV using Mirroring I get black bars down the side of the TV. No matter what I try this stays. I have messed around with the display settings but can’t get it right. The Dell is 1920 x 1200 pixels and the Samsung TV is 1366 x 768 pixels, which is what I select in the display settings but it makes no difference. It’s driving me insane. Can anyone suggest what to do?
