Mac Mini/Cinema Screen HD question

I have a cinema display and a G4 cube that work great together. I was going to get a Mac Mini to replace the cube but have heard that the Mini cannot power the display since the display is powered by the G4 cube. Is it possible to run the display with the mini? I am a novice to Mac so be easy.

I would be pretty sure that the mini can certainly power a cinema display since they are doing so in the Apple Store. You shouldn't have any problems.

Apple dropped the ADC format with the Aluminum monitors so I don't think that will be a problem

These displays are around 3-4 years old so more than likely I will need the adaptors.
