I was looking for a new ibook G4 and ran across this page www.mac-bestbuys.com . Has anyone heard of these guys, their prices are about $100 cheaper than the education discount. Any info would be appreciated.
I would look into it a little more, but they seem true. They probobly buy their computers in bulk, buying them cheaper. I would buy from. If not, they you can sue.
I don't know about them. I have emailed them and called them many times with no response at all. If anyone has any opinions about them, please respond.
They can't be an authorized dealer and sell below MAP (Minimum Advertised Pricing policy). From what I understand of the reseller world, Apple is very strict about its resellers adhering to their pricing policies. My guess is that the site wasn't legit. Another giveaway (besides the now broken link) is their decision to reference a popular reseller's name within their own site name: "best buy".
