I Don't regret buying my first Mac Last July, I just bought too many of them hoping to never want to use a Windows machine again. I had bought a MBP, a MB, an iMac and a Mac Pro. Last week I sold the MBP and the MB and replaced them with two HP laptops. I bought one of the laptops back in July before I had planned on selling the two Macs. For laptops, I just prefer using my HPs for many reasons and a few of them include having the home and end keys as well as the software versions of some programs just being better. I will be taking one of them on the road with me on my vacation in two weeks. I still use my iMac everyday and my mac Pro, well I use it a short while everyday though I really didn't need it's power, I just wanted it anyways. I was thinking of buying a 24" iMac but decided to get the Mac Pro with a 23" ACD for the bedroom. One of the reasons I wanted the Mac Pro was to hold my ever growing iTunes music and video library. It's almost near 1TB. I just happen to prefer to use both versions of computers. I don't think I wil ever be able to give up Windows computers 100%. I gotta say I love them as much as my Macs. I just wish I could browse my Windows laptops via finder in OS X. They show up but I get connection failed. I have to use an external USB drive to move files between each. And yes, I know about Boot Camp, it was just inconvenient to have to reboot to load up Windows and I didn't care for parallels.
