MAC INSTALLATION OF APPLICATION CHALLENGE

Actually, it is an opportunity for me to be here, but my experience with Mac OS is that it has constrained when it comes to the installation of applications, even when there is enough memory space, why? Is it because of a compatibility problem, currently I can't install the Tableau app on my Mac OS, the Tecno phone overshadows Nokia and Blackberry because of similar issues like this.

The specs indicate that recent versions of macOS are supported. So how about telling us what Mac you have and what version of macOS you are running? Also, are you downloading the app from Tableau's website?
