When i load into Windows 10 under Bootcamp, my Bluetooth gets messed up and I lose the connectivity with my mouse. When I boot up again into OSX, the mouse is not picked up at all.

It is able to scan for new devices, connect to them for a short while and then it disconnects. It then doesn't want to connect to any of the paired devices again.

I have solved this by unpairing all Bluetooth devices, turning Bluetooth off and leaving the computer (iMac late 2015) off overnight and turn it on again when I get back from work. It then seems to be able to pair with the mouse again and will work for the duration of the time I am in OSX.

Anyone else experienced similar?

Do you have anything else in close proximity to your iMac that might be using Bluetooth? It sounds like you're getting interference from something and that is killing your BT connectivity. By turning off your iMac overnight, that is in effect resetting the SMC and that starts BT working again until perhaps the interference occurs once more.

it happens almost instantaneously when I boot Bootcamp. On OSX it runs for days without issue.

So I am not sure it is a case of interference necessarily.

In that case, it sounds more like a Boot Camp driver problem for Windows 10. Open up your Boot Camp Control Panel item in Windows 10 and check for updates. Also make sure you're running the latest version of Boot Camp for your 2015 iMac.

this only started last Thursday and for the last few months there's been no issues.

i've also run the latest Windows 10 update

Which could be the issue - the latest updates that is. I work in IT and the issues with Windows 10 and it's wonderful updates has been the bane of my workday ever since we installed W10 on our PCs. One day everything is working great and then here comes an update and the problems begin. I have had computer running just fine on W10, get an update which failed and the system would not recover. That was how I found out the new Blue Screen of Death has a smiley face :) One user had so many issues I had to role his computer back to Windows 7. For that very reason I have Windows 7 running in Parallels and have no plans to update it to W10.

If you can't find a drive update to fix it, check back to last Thursday when the problem started or even as far back as Tuesday, since that is the favorite day for Microsoft to issue updates, and see if there was one installed. That might be the problem. Or just wait awhile and see if it corrects itself. I just have a feeling there will be a discrete little update and all of a sudden it will start working and be fine again. ;)

Great observation Lisa. Thanks for reminding us about the "infamous Windows updates". ;)

I have a late 2012 Mac Mini. I installed win 10 with bootcamp. No issues at all with win 10. I think I did see the Bluetooth mouse issue at first but I moved it to a KVM switch where I am sharing a usb mouse, Keyboard and monitor between the mini and another win 10 PC so I am not using the Bluetooth mouse anymore and not seeing any issues at all now.
You could try going to control panel/devicemanager/ mouse and other pointing devices. Right CLick on the line under that and click update driver. There may or may not be a driver download for that.
I never tried it since I am not using the Bluetooth mouse at this time. good luck........Pete

I have a 2015 MBPr which I have just loaded Windows 10 Anniversary edition via Bootcamp with no initial issues except my MS Sculpt bluetooth mouse would not pair with the Windows partition. It was working perfectly with macOS Sierra so I was a bit surprised, this is a Microsoft Mouse after all. So after a little fruitless searching I came across a support thread almost by accident where an OP had found the answer.
Boot into the macOS partition and unpair (forget) the mouse.
Restart and boot into Windows and try to pair, this time it works.
Restart again and boot into macOS.
Pair the mouse in macOS again.
Restart and boot into Windows, now it works in both.
Strange huh? I mean the macOS is not running when booted into Windows, or is it? If not how can there be a conflict?

That's right, macOS Sierra is not running when you boot to Windows via Boot Camp, however, the hardware (BT) in your Mac is the same regardless of which OS you're booted to. Why does it work that way, the answer is simple: It's Windows! :p
