I have seen and read a few similar threads on this general topic- but I am looking for something more specific:
How hot is too hot? especially when we're talking about just running basic programs like itunes, iphoto, or playing online...
secondly- How fast is too fast for the fans to run.. or maybe part B- at what point should they kick on? Mine typically run at just over 3200 but right now they're at 6200 and Im not multitasking or using large programs other than having multiple web pages up..
I do have an appointment at the genius bar for a recurring cd/dvd drive problem, so this will be brought up as well, but i would like to be as educated a consumer as possible
