Looking for a easy to use web host

I looked at HostGator but the cPanel demo was detailed and I was not sure how to use it. With my current host I just upload my files to the main directory . Our site is small, about 70 pages and I only work on it part time.

I've tried a number of hosts and tsohost are by far the best with regard to price/performance. Their customer service is unlike anything I've ever experienced. I put support requests in at numerous times throughout the day (including the early hours) and always had a response within 10 minutes.
