So whenever i'm logged in as a user who is NOT root and i try to go to the login items in system preferences > accounts, the window freezes and just sits there. eventually it will display the login items, but none of the buttons are there, the window is froze, and i have to force quit it. and the only way to get it to show those items is to drag the window under another window so that its forced to be repainted when it reappears in front.
anyone know how to fix this or why its happening? bc its really irritating & prohibiting me from accomplishing my goal
