That is just strange. Now, I'll try to explain using the image cradom sent: If I reboot while pressing Option and selecting Recovery (Or Cmd + R), the green arrow (partition) shows no problems and it fixes itself, if it ever shows one. When I try to validate the red arrow (the whole SSD), it throws an error about EFI or the disk table. Then when I try to repair, it says "Live file system repair is not supported." Once again, I took cradom's advice, and booted into Mavericks installation disk I have created (a USB stick). It does not show any problems there. Both with green and red arrow (partition and the whole drive), it says it has no problems. Then I go back to Onyx, it says I need to repair the disk. Now, I'd say Onyx has a bug about this, but Disk Utility in the recovery says the disk (red arrow in the image) has a problem about EFI. And I just checked, the Disk Utility in the OS (not recovery or usb stick) gives no error at all at the moment. NOTE: I am sorry that I cannot give you the exact error, because my Mac is in Turkish, and the translation would be a little off. But I'll try to translate them if you guys need that.
