Hello,

Sorry for not introducing myself properly.
I purchased today my first Mac, a Mac Mini, that has Mac OS X Lion. I also purchased a wireless mouse and a keyboard but not a monitor, as I was expecting to use my LCD TV (it is a Philips 22PFL3504d - F7B, if you were wondering). So I got home, unpacked the Mac and its peripherals, plugged the Mini into the TV (using HDMI), turned them both on, and after the gray screen with Mac logo stayed up on the TV screen for a few seconds, it flashed green for like a quarter of a second and...the TV give me a message, "Format Not Supported."
The TV's driver is up to date, so it can't be the problem. As a last resort, I came here to Mac Forums for some help, hoping somebody knows a solution to this.

Thanks!

Please read through the following Sticky Post regarding attaching your Mac to a TV. If you have any questions after reading and trying the suggestions, post back to the same thread.
