Hope somebody can help. Downloaded the app "Lanscan"from the App Store.
On my iMac it worked perfect.
Now on my new computer I get an error message. See attachments please.
Can somebody tell me what I have to do in order to make it work again?
Nothing changed in the network.

On my notebook the app is still working ok.

Is it actually connected to the network? From the messages, it appears not.

I'm thinking that it probably just needs to be reinstalled on the new computer especially if it was immigrated from your old computer. I would delete it using something like AppCleaner to get rid of any settings data then download and instal it again.

Hello fellow members,
thanks for trying to help me. Hereby some info - that I hope - might be useful.
- The MacBook Pro is a 2016
- I am connected to my network (see attachment) and I am also connected to the internet (otherwise I could not use this post and settings ethernet are ok)
- I did not use the Apple migration assistent because I wanted a really clean install
- I used Appcleaner and reinstalled the app "Lanscan"again. But still the same error.
- in the last attachment a print screen from my MacBook where studio is notified.
Hope this is information to fix the error?
- Hereby also settings of the network
and
- menu interface

In the first set of images it shows that LanScan is looking at the loopback interface, which connects to nothing. What happens if you change from loopback to the ethernet interface, typically en0?

I tried all the combinations that were shown in the menu ...
And it is always the same error message.

I am confused. I have LanScan, and it is from a dveloper named Iwaxx Sari. Your screen shows the developer as "M.Development Mobile App Development" Are you certain you have actually downloaded LanScan? Here is what the Apple store shows:

I think you have a tool called "Lan Scan" with a space in the name. The reviews for that tool are not very good, maybe that is the issue?
