languages in xCode

How many different languages are there in xCode? I know about Java, C and C++ and I know how to code some c++ on pc but what are the standards for mac and which ones should i look into for coding on the mac?? (Cocoa, Carbon, Applescript)??

oh and if you know ne good tutorial sites for mac coding pls post :)
