Key chain access

Hi all,
Caused myself a headache by losing my key chain login. I'm on a mid 2013 macbook air with 11.7.10 Big sur. is there anything I can do to sort this out, or am I snookered?
Thanks in advance for any help.

Sorry for the panic. I decided (Clutching at straws) to try again. It worked.

You're right of course. I think I just got a bit hot under the collar. Cooled down and got out of it.
