my macbook pro 2010 mid had a kernel panic and i don't know whats wrong here is the error

It looks like it might be related to your graphics controller as that was the last kext loaded. The BSD says: "BSD process name corresponding to current thread: kextd"

How often are the panics occurring?

It has happened 3 times in the past 2 days.

That's often enough to indicate it's probably a hardware fault. Try running for awhile in safe mode. Hold down the shift key and reboot. If it's hardware that's acting up, it'll happen in safe mode as well as normal mode.

Another thing you can try is run the Apple Hardware Test with your disk that came with your MacBook Pro.
