Kernel Panic - can you debug ?

Hi Guys,
Newbie here, looking for some assistance with a kernel panic message that keeps appearing.

I have copied the output for you to peruse, any assistance would be apprieciated.

that last time it was working we had a power outage upon restart we get the same old Kernel panic message "restart , yadda, yadda"
