Justified Text in InDesign getting squished

hey there,

so lately, my text will get quished or will stretch out when i do justified text. it didnt use to do this. usually, it will just change the space between words and not stretch the letterforms. is there some setting i need to turn off or on? thanks in advance.

GOT IT! Its under "glyph scaling" in the Justification menu. i had it set to 120% max, so it would stretch the letterforms up to %120. now ive got it set to 95% min, 100% desired and 105% max. looks friggin great now.
