I hope you didn't pay too much. Seems like companies with gaudy ads tend to overcharge.

Also, does the MBP even take 2GB modules?

Yes, MBP will take up to 3GBs, and I guess so do the MacBooks.

I spoke to the company directly!!! i have a lifetime warrenty and they seemed very reputable it was $381

Okay so does it matter if i put it in the top or bottom ram drive? theres two slots...

A way u can check and make sure its workin right is click the apple logo in the top left hand corner and click about this mac and it should tell you the current memeory, if it doent change then that means you didn't put it in right.

It's definately worth the money! Every program you open, opens twice as fast with extra ram. Go to crucialmemory.com and enter your system's specs and they have 2 1gb sticks for $145. They are a HIGHLY reputable company too.

This is a 2GB stick, moving him from 2GB to 3GB.
