Merry Christmas to all!
My presents:
a strong wind that knocked out our power for 30 hours
no damage to the house
power on since hour 31 and still counting
it only got down to 57 degrees (F) in the house
nothing had to be thrown out (used two frozen hams as "ice cubes in a cooler" for fridge)
many other blessings...

Merry Christmas to everyone in the Mac-Forums family.
I hate to put a damper on the holiday, but there's something we must address:
I won't mention any names, but someone in a red suit and reindeer-powered mode of transportation has been skimping on the presents for the last year or two. After some thought, I have concluded that there are two possible reasons for this:
1. I have been naughty this year--not possible so, let's move on.
2. The jolly old elf has suffered some GPS-related malfunction and has delivered my stuff elsewhere.
Since option 1 is obviously out of the question, any help addressing possibility two would be appreciated.

Just as a matter of interest. Did you know that all of the reindeer used to have red noses, but Rudolf managed to get at the front and firstly he ain't not got no break lights and secondly he's got better brakes than the rest of them
