My boss and I use Macbook Pros. There are 3 other PCs running Windows. My boss has been unable to connect to our wireless network, everyone else has not had a problem. She has been on the network before this has just started happening in the last day. I have not had any problems and neither has anyone else. She gets the generic answer of the connection failing. She also works from another location and can access the wireless network. She can get on the net and send emails but she is not receiving any emails.
Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you in advance.
Forgot to add that we did have a hex key protection enabled on the network. This has been disabled to try and get her online, and we did change her settings to not use the key since it had tried to connect using the key.
