iTunes U. It's got to be one of the cooler things to do with an iPod. At present I'm trying Intro to Psych from MIT. Yes I took a similar course in college years ago. Things have changed a little over the years, both in the field of psychology and in me.

So far I've listened to two lectures, and they've been fun and interesting. Mostly doing it as podcasts works fine, and the course material lends itself more to audio presentation than visual presentation. Other courses may be more visual and require more supporting materials - books for instance. Nevertheless, it's a very interesting concept that works pretty well.

Enjoy!

Yeah, Ive been using it to download physics lectures from MIT as revision for exams (its easier to watch one when its late than it is to solve problems!). I got some on aeronautics of hte space shuttle too, will have a look at those over summer, but they seem pretty interesting from the titles.

Downloaded 6GB in total yesterday off it !
