Does anyone use anything that gives you a growl notification of iTunes tracks as they change?

You need to open up the "Extras" Folder inside the Growl.dmg... inside that is a folder named "GrowlTunes".. open that folder... drag the GrowlTunes icon into your Applications folder.... Close everything... eject/trash the Growl.dmg...

Go into your Applications folder, double click the GrowlTunes icon.

You will now see this:
growlTunesMenuIcon.png
in your menu bar... you are all set!

You may want to set it as a "login item" within the system prefs.

Enjoy!
