Let me apologize in advance, I have searched all over this and other forums and I cannot find anyone who is having the same problem I am.
Within the last three months I have purchase a few HD-SD TV shows from iTunes. I had no issues playing them on my MacBook until today. I can't play them at all. All I get is a gray window where the video should be playing and no audio. The video file is playing though because I can see the time elapse on the timeline bar. I only got a warning at the beginning saying something about detecting displays, but I can't get it to show up again. I'm just trying to play it on my MacBook, no other displays.
If you can help me I would really appreciate it. Thanks in advance for your help.
