Itunes downloads

I'm trying to find out if the songs i would be downloading on itunes are they allowed to be broadcast on say live365? Would they also allowed to be converted to mp3 since wmv isnt supported in live365 i dont think

Ok then i did send out an email to apple to see anyways...Is there any sites legal that are allowed for broadcasting besides the boring site emusic.....

I guess i didnt mention i'd have the licenses and royalties but i guess it doesnt matter its up to apple if its allowed to broadcast and if it is then i'll need the licenses and royalties paid
