After installing 10.10 on my iMac (27-inch, Late 2013), 3.2 GHz Intel Core i5, and 8GB of memory, the App Store alerted me to tons of software updates. When it came around to an update for iTunes (12.0.1) it downloaded just fine and the entry went from Updates Available to Updates Installed.
That was on Oct 16. As of today (Oct 31) App Store has gone through that cycle 22 times. And iTunes still shows it is on version 12.0.0.140.
Everything else runs as expected. Oh Yeah, my current iTunes works just fine also.
