has anyone heard anything about when the iTunes music store will be avaible in canada....i keep hear about all these other oversea's contries launching the iTunes music store...but canada...c-mon you can hate us canucks that much can yah ? ;)

Apple wouldn't make enough profit since downloading music is still legal in Canada.

One of the problems seems to be that Apple's restrictive control of the music after the purchase conflicts with Canadian copyright law. Since the Canadian government is in no hurry to change the law and Apple must restrict after-puchase distribution to protect its licence agreements it may be a while before we have iTunes music access, eh.
