I have regularly and without issue used Airdrop to transfer my band's rehearsals recorded in GarageBand on my iPhone to my MBP.
We had another rehearsal on Friday, but I'm not able to transfer the recording.
What I've done in the past, and again this weekend, is record our rehearsal on my iPhone using GarageBand, and, the next day, Airdrop it to my MBP, where it would show up (if I recall correctly) in the Downloads window of Finder.
But, that's not happening now. I tried 4 times this weekend to do that the same way I've always done it, but the recording doesn't show up in Downloads once GarageBand has finished exporting the file. I've searched other parts of my MBP to see if the recording was transferred to another place (eg. Documents, Desktop, Music, Photos, etc.), but no dice.
Anyone have any idea were the file may have been exported to or if the process has changed?
To note, my iPhone is an SE with up to date software, my MBP is a 2020 M1 with up to date software and hundreds of Gigs worth of free space, and the file is usually about 1G.
Thanks.
