Welcome to the forum.

To be safe I am not about to click on a random URL. What is it that you are seeing? You might check to see if you have any extensions in your browser.

OH, and what Mac, what version of the OS, what browser?

I use Macbook pro 2011, with Sierra 10.12.6 and using SAFARI, if i use Chrome then it wouldn't happened.
Normally, when i type or search something in my url will go directly to the web i tried to access, but this url always shown lately..., its annoying.
May I know how to check wether i use extensions in my browser?
thanks alot...

Look at Safari, on the top bar of the screen (not the window) click on "Safari" then "Preferences" then "Extensions" tab. That should list all of the things installed to Safari for you. If you don't recognize them as something you put there, you might want to delete it. I'm not running 10.12.6, so I can't tell you the exact steps to do that, but maybe somebody will come along running that version of the OS and give you the exact steps.

AdjustableValue is a recognised form of Malware which depending on which article you read does a number of undesirable things eg. https://www.computips.org/how-to-remove-adjustablevalue-from-mac/
Most of the hits you will get on it try to sell you their brand of antivirus/antimalware software to get rid of it. This is frequently and annoyingly common. Personally I would suggest using VirusBarrier Scanner which is free from the App Store, DetectX Swift (also free) or the free version of MalwareBytes to find and remove it completely.

that long link appears to go to: search.yahoo.com on my old iMac, safari... El Capitan. sure looks suspicious to me, phishing sites will use URLs like that which make no sense. check your search settings in Safari perhaps?

Yep, these browser search engine "highjack" scripts are becoming more and more common. Frequently associated with Yahoo it seems which I wouldn't touch these days.
