Is there a way to adjust the cursor blink rate in Outlook 2011?

I would like to be able to adjust the rate at which the cursor blinks in Outlook 2011. Ideally I would love no blink at all. I'm running Mavericks currently.

Here you go: LINK Take note that this has to be done from your terminal application. Applications, Utilities, Terminal.app. Make sure you backup before going into the terminal and make the change.
