iPod Touch Memory App

Do anyone happen to know if there is an App for the iPod Touch that will tell me how much memory each of my apps is taking up. Im not talking about the RAM memory, Im talking about I gues what you would call the hard memory. Thanks if you can help me. And I know that in iTunes it tells you how much memory, but that doesn't include the memory from downloadble content; ie, those download manager apps. Thanks again and please help me!!!

This is not what I was looking for. I don't need a process manager app, I need an app that will tell me how much memory each of my apps are taking up from my hard drive memory, form my 32gb iPod.
