iphoto help!

White Macbook 2GHz Intel Core Duo 1 GB Memory Superdrive
iphoto completely died for me last night. and when i reopened it all my pictures were gone. The files are still there but i cant open them with iphoto because it says they are all corrupted. What should i do?:Shouting:

Do pics open in Preview from Finder>Pictures? Did you have photos backed up?

like 300 of the pictures cant open with preview.....=/

Try pressing Option+Command as you launch iPhoto. You will see a dialogue box. Choose Rebuild iPhotos Data Base and click Ok.
