All of a sudden my iPhone 7 has running iOS 13.3.1 stopped receiving voice calls. All calls to my iPhone receive a message to say phone is either switched off or out of range. I can make calls but a return call to that number receives the above message.
I haven't changed anything and all settings seem to be as before I feel like I'm missing something obvious.
I can receive voice calls via social media just not on my phone number.

Hi Rod

I'm hardly an expert on this, but one thing I would consider is "Reset All Settings". (Settings > General > Reset > Reset All Settings - as I'm sure you know:) )

This does not affect apps or data, but it is a big hassle resetting everything back to the way you like it.

Thanks for the rapid response Ian, I had to do this in Bali not long before we left so I know what's entailed.
It was due to a pairing issue with my Apple Watch and it did fix the problem.
I'll keep it as a last resort but may have to go that way.

Have you contacted your provider It sounds like an issue on their end to me?

I did think about that but it seems to mec if iMessage and FaceTime work on this number, which they do why wouldn't the voice call? So I went online and turned off voice mail. Now callers get the, phone is switched off or out of range, message.

FIXED; Well after upgrading the iOS to 13.4.1 to no avail and ticking all the boxes on this site, Incoming iPhone Calls Go To Voicemail Without Ringing - AppleToolBox which was pretty comprehensive nothing seemed to have worked but now I'm unsure. The last two things I did on the iPhone were, reset all network settings and a hard reset of the phone using power and vol down buttons.
Lastly I went to my providers website and typed my problem into the help window. About 30sec after that my messages app went crazy, I got SMS notifications of all of my voicemail diversions.
There could have been a delay on the last two things I did on the phone or it could have been logging my problem with my provider, they have been excellent over several years.

Great service, Rod. Wish they were all like that.

So glad it's fixed for you.

Check if your iPhone is not set to Silent mode or may be iPhone got stuck in Headphone mode. You can also check the sound setting as well.
