When I go to delete individual messages from a conversation on my iPhone I press the message and click more. It checkmarks the message and I can hit the trash can in the lower left corner. When my wife does the same thing on her iPhone the trash can does not appear. The only thing there is a camera. How can I change her settings? The only thing she sees is delete all that wipes out the whole conversation.
