Iphone 6 + Issue

I just bought a iphone 6+ I updated it of course and having problems with some things. I notice its a bit glitchy/laggy. I also notice that the when I try to search for a contact. It says "No results" is this something I have turned off in the icloud drive or something? Or maybe I got a bugged iphone 6 +

Are you syncing your contacts using iCloud? You should be able to sync all your contacts from your Mac or PC by signing in to iCloud drive from both the phone and your Mac or PC. Your Mac will need to be running Yosemite and if you have a PC, it will need to running Windows 7 SP-1.
