UPDATE: This morning I spent 2 hrs on chat with apple techs (3) doing all sorts of resets checking if this and that was on and still no weather. They had me download weather channel app, still no fix. After 2hrs I gave up with them just to be where I started. I deleted the weather channel app and add the weather widget back on the notification page and still nothing. I also updated IOS to 12.1.3 too. After reading on web for a hour with still no clue. I held down the power button and turned it off for a minute or two then restarted. Believe it or not now the weather comes up. I really wish I could tell you what helped but I'm clueless unless turning off after everything fixed it. Anyway working:)
