iPad issue follow-up Hey guys. It's Emily again. This is a follow-up to this thread: http://www.mac-forums.com/ipad-hardware-and-accessories/346909-ipad-2018-issue-found.html First of all thanks for all your suggestions and replies in the original thread. Probably should have made it clear in the first place itself that, I didn't purchase the iPad from an Apple Store. So obviously the replacement/refund process will be complicated since it's from a reseller. When I approached the reseller, they asked me to get a diagnostic report from Apple and then approach them back for an exchange/refund if anything problematic as I experienced is mentioned in the report and they did warn me that the whole process can take up to 15 days from the Apple's side. When I consulted some of my friends regarding this, they said, most likely Apple's gonna take about a week just to tell me that the device is perfectly alright. I feel helpless now. At least if I had something like a portable thermal imaging camera thingy to prove my point it would have been a lot easier. I won't ever repeat the mistake of not purchasing the device online from the Apple store for a simple & quick refund process. What do you guys say? I gotta live with this faulty device?
