I live in China. I have a a time capsule. I normally have a chinese ip address but occasionally I will come up with an ip address from either marina del ray california or cuppertino california! How is this possible? Can I establish a static ip on my time capsule? I don't understand and I don't want a us ip address for various reasons. Any suggestions or help out there for me?
