iOS 5 help..

I recently updated my iPhone 4 and iPad 2 to iOS 5 as well as two other phones using the same Apple ID and iCloud account. When using iMessage on my iPad the messages do not go to my iPhone, instead they go to one of the others on the same account. I have since changed the accounts the two other phones use but messages still do not go to my iPhone ..what am I doing wrong? How can I fix this problem?
