I've been running IOS 13 Public betas since shortly after they were announced. I use my phone an (XS model) for calls, messages, navigation, and a bit of music playback. I haven't had any issues so far. I also use iMazing for regular backups and find it very helpful. Now that IOS apps are downloaded and managed through the device it's a good way to backup the apps, and their data, in case you need to restore an app. Re-downloading all those apps again can be a tedious process if you have a slow internet connection. It also helps if you have an app that still works for you but is no longer in the App Store.</blockquote>
