I think that's still an option, but since there are 2 drives that are both exhibiting this behavior, he suggested trying the USB 2.0 and on another computer.I'll do the other computer tomorrow...pretty sure I tried the USB, but I'll do that, too.There is no charge to follow up with Iomega so the dual swap is probably still on the agenda.
