I'm connected to the internet through my bluetooth network on my mobile and i share it through Internet Share in system preferences. Is there a way i can monitor who's connected to my network? i know i can set a password but still how could i know who's connected to my airport network? Thank You!

You could try WireShark.

It won't say "Joe is on your network!", but you will see IP's and MAC addresses.

if you are using VPN with a password the connection must be point to point. if you are concerned about security a password is a must.

if you are going through a router at some point you could access the home page of the router?

wireshark will give you lots of garbage but you could set filters to see more pertant stuff
